Insomnia and bfing

I am suffering terrible insomnia atm and am bfing a 27 week old baby. In the past I've used nytol a few times just to get a nights sleep and have found it helpful, is there anything I can take while bfing? I am really struggling, the last few nights I have had no sleep at all and I'm really not sure how much longer I can go on. He does wake in the night but not really for feeds, he will mostly just feed once.

I think realistically I know that I can't take anything but my relaxation methods seem to have stopped working.

One thing I found helped a lot was to take a magnesium supplement before bed - apparently pregnancy and bf mean you use a lot more than average, and one of the symptoms of mild magnesium deficiency is insomnia.
