Maybe it is my imagination, but i think sometime early this year, it must have been tiktok or mears, who posted a medical article regarding jaundice. it described scientifically why breastfeeding was the best thing to do for jaundice and did so with evidence. can't remember too much more about it sorry.
i have requested my medical notes from the hospital where dd was born and was treated for jaundice. it was reading this article that made me realise how poorly we were looked after and indeed i think, inadvertently made her jaundice worse and caused us so much distress. I want to read it again as i intend to meet with them to 'discuss' our week's stay in hospital.
