My ds is 13 weeks and feeding a lot less in the night this past week, I'm waking up in night engorged and sore n would quite like to make the most of being able to sleep, Is this something that will adjust itself or is there something I can to do to help ?

This normally takes a few days IME. I usually hand express a little in the hot shower to take the edge off (I wake up before baby) and make sure she has as big a feed as possible in the morning.
Enjoy the sleep Grin

I had the same problem... It eventually works itself out but I expressed a bit off each breast before going to bed...but trying not expressing too much as its telling your breasts the babies having that milk and will carry on making as much, just enough to avoid too much discomfort! Put up with it as much a you can to be the better option an your boobs will get the message! painful though!! ....xxx
