Over the past couple of days it's been painful to feed from one breast. There is possibly a small blister-like swelling on the end of the nipple, not white though. There aren't any red patches on the breast or discernible lumps when I feel the breast, but when DD sucks it feels very much like it did when I had mastitis (have had 3 times!).
DD is 15mo, seems to be teething at the moment. Normally I feel her teeth when she feeds but it doesn't hurt. She doesn't bite.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
