blocked ducts-what to do?

Hoping someone can give me some advice on how to ease this problem!
My dd is 15wo and the last day or so my right nipple has felt slightly painful and tight (don't know how else to describe it) since I've put her to bed I've been having a feel and there is a massive hard lump in the middle of the breast and you can actually see something bulging out on the nipple area.
It pretty painful! The last 2 times I've fed her on that side she has become frustrated.
Do I feed her from that side first at every fed to help unblock the duct? Even though I fed her on that side last time?
Or do I carry on as normal and hope it resolves itself?
Thus has only happened before when I've expressed and had oversupply but I haven't expressed now in weeks so don't know why its happened :|
Sorry for rambling...overtired.
What do I do?

I had this and my HV said to empty the breast to clear it, be it by feeding on the same one for more than 1 feed or by expressing.

I expressed and fed repeatedly on that side for a few feeds as it refilled and it cleared in a couple of days. My supple was a bit out of balance the next day but settled down.

She also told me to keep well hydrated and whatever you do, keep it flowing.

Sorry forgot to add, massage the lump as you express/feed with gentle strokes towards the nipple.

There is great information on this site. Keep feeding and trying to express that side. A hot/warm flannel may help and change the position you hold the baby to feed, different positions can be found here. I found laying the baby down on the bed, and kneeling over him, dangling the boob down to feed from above really helps to clear when I get blocked. Hope it clears soon it can be so painful.

Thanks for the advice.
I expressed last night and got 200ml in about 5 minutes! Unblocked it but still felt quite tender.
Fed twice in the night and it seems to be slowly getting better, she's been feeding on that side for about 30mins and still going!
