Quick help with NUK teat sizes

Hi am trying to get my 20 week old EBF DS used to a bottle.
Ordered a NUK latex teat on recommendation here.
Success which is great - but he drank the milk so fast I am worried we need a smaller teat.
Can anyone advise what size I need to look for?

Their sizing is a bit confusing. Size 1 is meant for babies up to 6 months and I think it's medium flow. Was it breast milk in the bottle or formula? Nuk apparently do a slower flow teat which is meant for bm or water. I've not seen it in any shops though, just mentioned online.

Thanks noisy yes that makes sense it was EBM in the bottle so I think I need to look for this slow flow teat.
