Question about warming up emb

I would like to know how long is ok to keep warmed up ebm at room temperature?

They say not to leave at room temp at all. My DH always tries to, but I throw it away if it's been stood for more than 5-10 mins. It's ok if baby is just having a short break in feeding.

I always treat it the same as warmed formula. 1 hour from the time it was warmed. This also the way it was treated on SCBU (5yrs ago).

I thought since it's real milk and exposed to the air and obviously untreated/unpasteurised that 1 hour would be a very long time to leave it out????
