What's happened to the milk in my unused boob?

Dd (16mo) only feeds from one boob and only has for the last 6 months at least.
There's still milk in the unused boob which I understand happens until I stop altogether but the milk in it seems totally different to the one dd feeds from?
The milk she will have is really white, starts thin then thickens up. The unused boob milk is really yellow Shock creamy looking?!
Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal - the milk in the unused breast is different, with much less water in it, and you may have this for ages yet.
