Does it mean something when mid-feed baby unlatched and sways head from side to side as if trying to latch back on but then doesn't?

Is it wind or something else? Just trying to understand feeding cues...am re-establishing BF with my 8 week old after she has had heart surgery.

When my son does it he usually has wind and after a few pats on the back and a massive burp is good to go back on!

My dd does this too sometimes, almost like she's really annoyed or uncomfortable. I usually take her off and wind her a bit and usually get a burp or vomit (she as reflux!) Generally then she will be more comfortable. Also sometimes worth swapping sides- no sure eh but often tat seems to work for me. I hope your little one is recovering well from her surgery.
