Do I need to get this looked at?

DH and I are planning on starting TTC at the end of this year and I would like to breastfeed.

I have what I can best describe as blocked pores around my nipples. I suffer quite a bit from spotty skin in general and there are several pores around my nipples that are a bit spot-like. They are not inflamed and pretty much stay the same but if I squeeze them then white stuff does come out a bit like a spot.

Is this something that may cause problems if I breastfeed? Should I get it looked at by a Dr?

Thanks.

google montgomerys tubercles. They are normal bumps that lots have around the nipple, it may be those

Thanks Joanna - I think that is right. I take it they are perfectly normal and not the sign of any problem then?
