to OP - if continuing to feed until your LO is 1 is doable, in your situation I'd power through until then, and introduce regular cow's milk, dodging formula entirely...

Weebarra I hope your treatment goes as well as it can and if you decide to go for donor milk that its easy and straightforward for you to get it but as other posters have said, you've given your baby a wonderful start already and need to focus on your own health.

I have reflected on how fortunate I have been with my BFing journey so far so I'm going to continue expressing till 1 year if my supply allows.
