Can you reheat

Hi just wondering if you can hear fresh in the microwave, baby won't take it at room temp and my sister has him for an hour this afternoon, I know she is going to want to do this, if not what's the reason, is it incase of hotspots or does it actually effect te bm? Thanks

You can only reheat once, so if it's fresh bm that has never been reheated, she can reheat but only once.

Microwave can cause hot spots but if you shake well after heating it fixes that. Always check on wrist.

Ive been reheating in a microwave for 7 months now and I've near burnt ds.

Just make sure you shake well.

Otherwise hot water in a jug.

Near burnt should be never burnt ds.

Oh great so I can reheat in microwave, I presume same for defrosted milk so??
