What can I do? She's finding it really hard to breastfeed.

Thanks

These are really effective...

Saline drops. Preferably in pipette form. Not the calpol version if you can. It comes out too sudden.

You can get a saline nasal spray/drops for their nose. It works quite well and you can use them as and when you need to. Calpol do one.

There's also karvol? Vicks?

Steam up the bathroom and take the baby in.

I found the saline spray very good. It sort of puffs a spray of saline up their nose and clears them out. I think there's a boots own one.

I'm sorry please don't read anymore if you have a sensitive nature..... I have sucked my babies noses very gently or you can buy a little gadget thing that does it for you its not disgusting its your baby in discomfort.

Well she has fed ok and is finally in a very snuffly sleep beside me. Not sure how long that will last. We have old as oil on a tissue near her and the mattress raised as much as we can. She's very snuffly. We'll pop to boots tomorrow and get a spray thing. God I hope she sleeps ok!
