Possible thrush - please help urgent!

Since yesterday I have had a shooting pain deep in 1 side of 1 of my breasts that starts from the nipple & travels upwards. I'm suspecting thrush as I have no lumps or temperature & feel fine in myself. I've also just finished a course of antibiotics & had a milk blister on the affected side (cracks & wounds increase risk?). So far lo has no symptoms.

I would see my Gp except I'm currently on holiday in Turkey. Most medicines can be purchased over the counter so what do I need to treat me & lo?

Thanks

i'd be wary of starting thrush treatment without being sure tbh. are you geetting pain between feeds or during?
any other symptoms?

I would also be wary of starting treatment.

How's the latch? A poor latch can cause very similar symptoms to thrush but appears in one breast, where as thrush tends to be in both.
