Has anyone else experienced this?! She has always fed well on demand but not she only seems interested in eating during the night!!! She has never been a great sleeper but is now feeding every two hours at night, I guess to make up for the day?! I've tried feeding during the day in similar to night time environment and keeping feed times boring as she is very into everything at the moment! She is also very clingy and fussy and fighting naps!! Aggrrr... Is it just a developmental phase? Sorry forgot to add lots of wet nappies so no probs there!

Sounds like it could be the 4 month sleep regression coupled with a bit of reverse cycling and yes, a developmental leap is on its way. Have you signed up for the wonder weeks emails? Smile

My 19wo ff DS2 has been doing this too for the last few weeks. Weight gain and everything else fine just not interested in feeding beyond a few small "snacks" during the day, even when we go somewhere quiet and boring (not so easy w 2yo DS1 about). Thanks JJJ will investigate reverse cycling.

JJJ that is exactly it! I have the Wonder Weeks book and it has just described my baby perfectly! Now I just need to work out how we can both get some sleep through this leap... And soon hopefully!!
