Feel too awful to go out and DH is working away this is all we have..
Would you take it?
Don't think I will make it to bedtime with out drugs!

Better if you can just get by by taking paracetamol. Info here from breastfeeding network on cold and flu remedies - lemsip has phenyl ephedrine in it which can reduce supply.

Yes, always have done when poorly, figured I never had any supply problems so unlikely to do much harm. It hasn't done any harm that I'm aware of either, have been feeding for about 5 years now (2 DC).

Does anyone know about difflam spray ? My lovely friend has just bought me some. It's main ingredient isn't listed on kellymom.
