Baby hasn't pooed for 2 days... Worried!

Hello all, my 3 month old is now in week 2 of exclusive bottle feeding after 2 months of exclusively breast then combined feeding. She is on aptamil 1 and hasn't pooed for 2 days, should I be worried? She doesn't seem to be in any discomfort...

is she doesnt seem in discomfort then she should be ok. My two regularly went 2-3 days between pooing when they were babies.

Mine regularly went for over a week (though the poo explosion was mighty when it finally came). Just make sure you are mixing the formula with the right amount of water as too much powder may lead to constipation, but if she is happy then I'm sure the poo will appear in it's own time.

Yeah, the switch does that. Just be prepared for when it does come...

If you are concerned the comfort formulas helped my lo. My gp said to worry if its been 10 days or more! If when poo does come it is like a small pellet and hard that is constipation so you may want to discuss with your hv the best ways to alleviate it.
