Can anyone help. I started BF DS2 with no particular plan but was amazed when it worked well (DS1 was very prem & never got the hang). 16 months later he is a very well grown toddler with a huge set of gnashers.
I am glad I've been able to give him a good start but now I'm considering weaning off the boob altogether. I have loved doing it but just feel like we're coming to the end of the road. He only has 2 feeds per day (more if he's poorly or teething) but I am hoping being boob free will mean he is slightly less clingy with me (he literally clings to me all day long) and so I can go away for the odd night without worrying I'm leaving him without his milk/ comfort.
Can I just stop? He won't drink cows milk at all but will eat milky cereal and other calcium rich foods so should be ok?
Help!
