Have I buggered up my supply?

Ds will be two weeks on Monday. As he spent first week in nicu I have a small supply of frozen ebm. As we've been out and about last few days and I'm
Not ready to bf in public I've been giving him a bottle and then expressing using a manual pump and getting about 1/3 of what I was a couple days ago.

Today my breasts have seemed really empty so I've been letting ds feed from me as much as possible. Just now I have been feeding as he was fussing but I checked the nipple shield and it had evidence he was getting milk. He pulled off looking half satisfied. I then attempted to hand express something and got absolutely nothing. Tried the other breast and that seems ok but still feels extremely soft.

Not sure what's going on?!

Thanks

Btw 3 days ago I was concerned I had an over supply, extremely firm breasts and lots of leakage. Twice I expressed 9oz (4-5 from each) in around 20-30 minutes! Now I'm lucky to get 2oz between the two. I know expressing is not an indication to your supply but coupled with the lack of even a drop whilst hand expressing I'm a little concerned.

It's possible your supply has dipped a little, I would try to take a baby moon, and feed a great deal. If he's happy to feed, just let him feed really often, and hopefully things will pick up.

How is he doing for poo? (How much, how often, not colour)

Things have picked up well. My breasts felt really full this morning and all his feeds today have been from me so hopefully were up and running.
Mohave brought a medela electric pump now in the hope I can still express now and again without it affecting supply too much.
