3 week old dd's poo has started to smell vomity and horrid. It also has gone a bit orange..is this normal?

Ok, that doesn't sound right to me, it could be a little virus or it could be that dd's dairy intolerant or something like that. I would talk to your health visitor or/and pop along to a breastfeeding group to get some advise. In sure it's nothing to worry about but best get it checked out

Hello, thanks for the replies. I called the HV ans she said that the symptoms were all absolutely normal for her age and were due to changes in my milk, apparently it's fat content increases. She said that unless dd has other symptoms i.e sniffles, distress etc, not to worry. Today it seems to have settled down a lot which is good!

Positive outcome though as she told me about a breastfeeding group which i'm going to look at joining.

Thanks for advice.
