Dh back at work today and even though ds1 is in nursery today I've had a really tricky day.... haven't had a wash, didn't get to hv lunch till mid afternoon and then drop asleep and ds2 missed a feed as he slept through it si god knows how tonight will be. ... Also making me dread Thu and Fri when I will have both boys for the first time on my own. .... Anyway I digress have found it hard to fit in expressing (ds2 mix fed from birth and prefers the bottle)

Ive been managing to express 9or so oz a day 4 times a day first thing, mid morning/lunchtime ish , evening and at my bedtime but today didn't get to expresstill 5pm as opposed to lunchtime if I can't express till the evening or maybe only 3 times a day how will this affect things?

well obv the less you express the less milk you'll make.
I don't think the timing of it is as important as how often you do it in each 24 hr period.

how old is baby?
