How much milk does a 1 year old need?

I'm going back to work soon and will only be able to feed 12 month old DS morning and evening. Does he need other milk apart from this or is it enough + water + solids which include cheese, yogurt etc?

The NHS says to give 300 ml of cows milk to ensure 1 year olds get enough calcium. However it's not clear if its assumed that you are not breastfeeding, as they recommend switching to cows milk from formula at 1 yr. My personal opinion is that if you are doing two big bfeeds a day, plus a good and varied diet, then giving cows milk is not important.

the equivalent of 300mls is recommended so a couple of breastfeeds and some yoghurt/cheese, etc should be plenty
