12week old not feeding (FF) well

My ds (formula fed) usually drinks 4-5oz every 3-4hours. For the last 3 days This has reduced to 2oz with an occasional 4oz. He had a mild cold but seems better could this be the reason?

Ds was born 6 weeks early and still sleeps most of the time waking every 3-4hours.

Yes. We started on no 2 teats a couple of weeks ago.

12 weeks old is the typical time when babies change there feeding habits, just keep offering ...

Babies dont often starve themselves

DD is FF and now 8months old. A few times over the last 8 months she has done the same. She'll drop the amount of formula she'll take and be really fussy with the little she does drink, it usually lasts a few days and then she slowly gets back up to the amount she was previously having. Sometimes it coincides with her being under the weather, sometimes not. I used to really worry about it but it has always passed in a few days. If it continues for you maybe speak to the HV and get baby weighed?

We are seeing hv Friday. If things haven't improved I will mention it.
