Have a problem where I can't swallow so am having very little to eat, some soup yesterday and half a piece of toast this morning. Am exclusively breastfeeding ds (4 months old) and he won't take a bottle. Will my milk be ok?

Your milk should be OK if you're unable to eat much for just a few days.

It's very long term (months and even years) of quasi-starvation that affects milk, anchovies - the body will make milk just fine in your circumstances. Sometimes, mothers who are poorly do notice an apparent small dip in supply, but it soon rights itself.
