excessive possetting - formula thickener

Anyone else's baby been prescribed this to help reduce vomiting/possetting? Did it work??

My friend used it with good effect, she had gaviscon powders.

My DD has reflux and we switched to omneo comfort and after that stopped working we had gaviscon powder which worked a treat for a couple of weeks, unfortunately DDs reflux was bad and she is now on ENFAMIL which is a thick prescription milk.

try using Colief in the milk too it helps with the digestion of lactase (i think thats right?) my 8 week old was very acidy and possetted large amounts during, after and anytime in between feeds..... so i now use omneo comfort c&g with a couple of colief drops ... it is working fine for me....
