I seem to have a painful let down between feeds, baby is jus over 4 weeks and breast feeds on demand, is this normal !? Also is the breast he's not feeding from leaking during feeds normal!?? Thanks Grin

Normal, but you'll be pleased to know that it does get better!

yep both things are normal. it should settle down over time :)
congrats on your new baby

Thanks and pleased to hear it gets better, not enjoying the leaking and pain between feeds!! Grin He feeds so randomly I don't think my body knows how much milk to produce and when just yet! Smile
