One boob better than the other?

When I fed my DS he always preferred the right boob, and I ended up feeding from it more often, especially at night when he slept next to me on that side. When I stopped BF I ended up with the right boon slightly bigger than the left.
Now I'm feeding DD, and it feels like the right side has more milk than the left. She seems to finish quicker on the left, then fusses and cries, until I offer her the right, and I can hear her gulping it down. I've fed equally from both sides this time so I'm wondering if its possible to have one boob which is fuller/more efficient? If so, is there anything I can do to avoid ending up even more lopsided?!
Any advice much appreciated!

No advice but my left boob definitely has more milk than my right and I swap religiously but it's still lopsided and leaks more etc. the glamour!!!!

Its entirely possible for you to have more milk glands on one side than the other. No suggestions about lopsidedness I'm afraid!

I was like that too, left bigger than right. Fed DS till he was three, he used to say "I'll have the big one now" sigh!

Oh dear, sounds like I'm doomed to lopsidedness then! It makes bra buying really difficult!

There's very little absolute symmetry in the body, boobs included. My right is also a better producer even though I alternate. Just remember; they're sisters, not twins. Smile
