My 7 month dd has started to cry at the breast now. I normally feed her lying down but she wriggles, tries to turn, crawl, all with my nipple still in her mouth. I'm not sure what to do, I'm not sure if she's getting enough milk. It seems we are constantly having a wrestling match. Paediatrician said she doesn't have cmpi which we thought she did. So is it time to wean her off the breast. I just don't think she is getting enough milk and she is clearly distressed at the breast which is very upsetting. What could it be?
