Breastfed baby up 6 times a night to feed, not that hungry during the day

My 16 week baby seems to have reversed his feeding pattern. He used to feed furiously during the day and wake once on a food night and twice on a "bad" night.

In the past 2-3 weeks he has started feeding less regularly during the day and will take it or leave it ie if he gets interrupted and latches off he then won't bother finishing and now rarely takes both sides.

He goes to sleep at 7pm and wakes at 7am but wakes 5-8 times and i cant get him back to sleep with out feeding him. Although after 5 am if he wakes up then sometimes just shifting his position he will nod back off.

He then won't feed until 10am -11am. He has also decided to skip his morning and afternoon nap and just nap at lunch although this is a more recent thing so may not be related!

Any advice to get him eating through the day and sleepig at night very welcome!!

Thanks

I can't link as on phone, but the Kellymom website has good info on reverse cycling ( which is what your LO is doing). Mine's 20 weeks and has been doing same for last month or so due to being incredibly and annoyingly distractable during the day.
