is this normal my breasts have gone a size bigger and hard and swallon! they hurt and wont stop leaking, and in one it is wight milk insted of both yellow? and stings in one. whats going on? does anyone els have this and what do u do to breast feed normally again ? many thanks in advance :)

How old is your baby? Engorgement is normal in the early weeks. Keep feeding regularly, although you might find you need to hand express a little to allow baby to latch properly.

Keep going, it gets easier.

Ah! In that case your milk is coming in. The yellow colour is because its changing from colostrum to milk, which is white/creamy.

I found a cold compress was soothing, I couldn't stand much pressure, even from clothes. But this intensity should pass in a few days.
