STupid question as DS is my 2nd child, but when can I stop boiling the water for his feeds? He is 7.5 months and i don't sterilise anymore. If he can have normal tap water for a drink can I use this with his formula too? Also going on hols on thurs and will use bottled water but which is the best for low sodium and would this need to be boiled?! Thanks

I wondered this as well, and carried on boiling the water until he was 1 and he moved to cow's milk!

I was told to buy Evian abroad, as it has a low sodium content - boiled that too...!!! - I think it is below 20mg that you need to look for. I just checked which of the waters they stocked and bought the lowest sodium one.

Hiya

Current UK advice is to boil till 12 months minimum for formula

You shouldnt boil bottled water as it alters the mineral count. Evian is good in UK, but not required. Have a list for France somewhere if you need it.
