Ow ow ow - help!

DD is 24 weeks and ebf on demand. We've had a really smooth ride and she's a great feeder. However... Over the last few days, she has started bracing her hand against my boob and pulling her head back while feeding so that she's yanking my boob around. It feels like my nipple's about to come off! It's so painful. Any ideas of how to combat this....?

I use a soft toy for dd to cuddle and squeeze while bf- it has saved my boobs from being kneaded and scratched!
Can't offer any advice about the pulling her head back thought . dd went through a phase of doing that (at a similar age to yours) , but it has stopped now.
