Cluster feeding. When does it end?

Currently ebf my 11mo twins on demand. They're pretty much settled on a night waking 3-4 times (usually) but only needing to be fed around 8pm(dreamfed),12-1am, 4am.

However during the day they feed constantly ranging from every 30 minutes to every couple of hours. They have good 3 size meals and snacks often leaving some and they also have a sippy cup of bf with meals. And on a rare good day they feed only once between meals.

I'm not really complaining as I'm not bothered by daytime routines as such and I absolutely love tandem feeding but it would be nice to have a few hours without a child attached to my boob.

Currently have both attached to the boobs after an hour cryfest. Can't really nap during day as when I least expect it they wanting the boob. Just wanted to moan a little.

When did your LO/s stop cluster feeding? Did they have routines? Are they still cluster feeding? How do you keep sane? I need sleep.

If sleep is an issue have you read 12 alternatives for the all night nurser or tried the No Cry Sleep Solution.

Well done for feeding DT for 11 months too, you deserve a big WineSmile

They're pretty good at feeding on a night so I usually get a good amount of sleep.

Lately, I haven't though. They haven't been sleeping well and they're cluster feeding more than they usually do. They were unpredictable before but now it's crazy!

Thanks! I will still check out what you've suggested!
