Swollen/lumpy areola

Not sure what's normal as I'm new to this breast feeding thing. Any help is appreciated!

On my right side my areola has got much bigger and is (I think) a bit swollen. It's getting so that the areola is almost overtaking the actual nipple, so that its just one flat surface and is making it hard for my baby to latch on that side. He still manages but I want to stop it getting any worse. I had a bath today to see if that helped with engorgement as I'm wary about over-expressing and I noticed that the underside of the areola is hard and feels a bit lumpy. This sort of comes and goes. I also produce more milk on the right side and the whole breast is now slightly larger and aches sometimes. I don't think it's mastitis as its not really uncomfortable and I feel we'll.

Everything is normal on the left side.

Should I talk to the health visitor or go to a breast feeding support group? Is a change in the nipple like tis normal or something to keep an eye on?

Also, I'm wondering if I should express more on the left side to increase the production there and if that will make a difference to the uneven sizes? It's not too noticeable now but I don't want it to get worse.

I'm trying not to express too much as I already produce more milk than my baby can drink. He's 16 days old, btw.

Thank you!
