Hi
I am just looking for a bit of advice if anyone can help?
My nearly 12 week old was a proper feeder in the evenings, he would more or less feed constantly before falling asleep about 10 ish and sleeping til about 5 In the last few days he is sleeping between half8 and 9, up for a quick feed at 2 ish but isn't feeding as much in the evenings anymore.
Does this seem right or am I doing anything wrong now? he was a bit poorly last week and the doctor said to go back if he goes off his feeds. I don't know if he is going off his feed or if this is a 'normal' development? This is my first baby so not really sure what to expect!
Thanks in advance

Sounds fine, he has just changed his sleeping pattern slightly, of you wanted you could try giving him a dream feed at say 11pm to see if he will then go through till 5am ish?

Does he seem well in himself, is he weeing/pooing ok? And alert etc when awake?

They change their feeding/sleeping patterns all the time at this age, it doesn't sound like anything to be concerned about :)

My little one used to cluster feed like mad in the evenings but this tailed off around the 10 week point. So I thi pink what you say is normal.

This might be a good time to introduce a bedtime routine if you haven't already. I fed at 5pm, then bath at 6 with last feed before bed after bath around 6.30. This meant ds asleep by 7. Then a dream feed around 10.30 as suggested above.

Another one saying he's growing up a little, and moving to not cluster feeding, and slightly earlier bedtime is a pretty normal progression.

Congrats on your new baby!
