Is this mastitis starting?

DS bit me the other day (I think, it hurt at the end of a feed anyway, a sharp pain) my nipple has been hurting a bit towards the end of feeds since. Now I have a fever and headache and I keep getting twinges of pain in my breast. There doesn't seem to be any blockage though.
What else could it be? I feel really ill!

Temperature and feverishness can be signs of mastitis. Ring NHS direct. Mastitis comes on vv quickly and feels like flu. Take meds to get your temp down.

I came to bed with the baby at seven and have been rolling about feeling sorry for myself and clutching my head since then. Ugh.

Could be thrush. Def get it checked out tomorrow and hope it's sorted ASAP!
