Night feeding/waking and infacol

My ebf DD is 2months, generally goes down between 10-12pm and wakes between 4-6am for a feed, that still takes about an hour (all in, winding, changing, 2nd boob) and she cat naps on and off the rest of the day.

Few questions.
When she used to wake up 2-3 times a night I would always feed her, she woke up after an hour last night I gave her her dummy and she slept till 6. I obviously don't see feeding cues when we are sleeping, so I'm worried I might end up giving her the dummy when she's actually hungry?

I give her infacol before almost every feed, she is much better at getting big burps up now. doesn't have the colicky cries in the evening. Should I be stopping the infacol at some point?
Also she has always been quick a sicky baby when being burped/after feeds, this sometime bothers her but often not. So as I've read this is a laundry issue rather something to worry about?
