Two weeks in and i want rubbish!! Cake galore.

I need to be good though - can you share your healthy snack tips please?

My idea of a quick snack is a mars and bag of mini chedders!

You need protein and fat (ideally good for you fat not bad for you fat!)

Nuts and avocado are brilliant snacks
Cheese is pretty good
Oily fish is brilliant, so maybe sardines or smoked mackerel on toast?
Hard boiled eggs - boil a whole batch, they keep for several days
Chocolate hobnobs are great

I like all these suggestions! Thank you.... Off to find myself some healthy breakfast other than toast (and then toast for lunch!)

I lived on dark chocolate digestives for the first month!!!

Dried apricots, bel vita breakfast biscuits, pâté sarnies!

Ooh good suggestions.

I liked jacket potatoes. Make up a batch every few days and then reheat and add some combination of cheese, beans, sour cream, avocado or leftovers as toppings.

4 and a half months in and I'm still living on chocolate digestives! I plan on doing so until I start to put on weight as they're so yummy!
