Should I tweak DS ff routine?

This is our 16wk DS feeding routine and wondered if I could help him at night by doing any tweaking? Timing and volume wise?...
7am
11am
3pm
6pm
6.45pm
1am

All feeds he generally consumes the 6oz I offer him except I put 7oz in the 6pm bottle which he empties after his bath at about 6.45pm.
He goes to sleep about 7pm, wakes for his night feed and although he doesn't then feed again until 7am, he frequently wakes from 4am onwards. All it generally takes is me putting his dummy back in, but it's often hourly that he wakes until about 6-6.30am when he gets up properly.
I am just wondering if this seems like a good routine? Am thinking of offering him 7oz at each feed as he I getting bigger in a bid to help him through the night?
I'm not expecting miracles but just wondered what others do/did at this point? X

I'd offer more at the other feeds, yes.
At that age (and still now at 23 weeks) DD had 7-8oz at her 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm feeds and then has a 6oz feed at 11pm which she doesn't often finish. She tends to sleep through til 5.30am at the earliest, she can often go til 7am.

I read somewhere to put enough in each bottle so they don't empty it. So try 7 oz, if he's completely emptying that try 8oz?
