I've developed mastitis on day 8 with DD2. This is now day 10 and I've got antibiotics from midwife and am massaging and expressing every two to three hours. I'm getting no milk out of this breast at all, only infected lumps of pus. I'm establishing feeding on the other side and this is going okay. Has anyone got suggestions for how or if I'm able to build a supply on the problem side once the mastitis has cleared up? Thanks!
