One boob getting bigger and bigger....

I think my rgt boob has more milk ducts or makes more milk. It is now at least one cup size bigger than the left, maybe two, I don't wear bras so not sure. I lovingly refer to it as Big Bertha now When we stop feeding (DD 1) what happens? Do they shrink? Will they even out again. I once spent a weekend trying to build up the left but just ended up with a block duct on the right. Are there any ways to even it out?

Watching with interest, as I'm the same! R boob is at least 1-2 cups bigger than L. Also manage around 6-8oz when expressing from R, and only 2-3 from L. Have tried fenugreek to boost supply but just made R boob worse!

My right one is bigger .... started during pregnancy. Not sure if it has more milk though. Mamabear I can only dream of 6-8 0z out of both !!!

My left boob was enormous compared to my right for ages. They've both got smaller in recent months (ds is 16mo and still bf's several times a day) and have evened out to pretty much what they were before.

Not that they look quite how they used to mind... Ah well Wink

I had the same but they went back to normal afterwards.

Always start feeds with the smaller boob. It may take a while but does eventually even the boobs out.

It didn't work for me. The second time I didn't want it to happen again so always started with the smaller- it made no difference.

My left is bigger. They do usually go back to normal after.

There is always a slight difference in boob size irrespective of pregnancy/breast feeding.

However, that aside, perhaps dc is feeding better on the fuller side. Is your dc quite young?

My dd (17 weeks) is currently on her second feed of the night.. She fed on right boob at 12.45. Woke up with intention of feeding from left but right side was so full I decided to feed from right again. To be honest it's her 'favourite side', if she is overtired or upset she will often reject the left side!

Tbh I'm not sure either if there are ways to even out.. Wouldn't feeding from less full breast cause other one to become engorged?

Not got many tips but my "big boob" is called the same! The other is Little leftie Lucy :) My OH has taken it on too and asks me how Bertha is in the morning - or says "Isn't it Lucy's turn?" when I can't remember what side it is.
I have been feeding from "Lucy" as much as possible and I think they are evening out now - Bertha seems to be engorged less of the time anyway. Good luck - my HV did say that some boobs just have a larger capacity than others.
