Dropping Bottles

My DB is ten months and I'm trying to plan ahead for first year, switching to cow's milk, and dropping bottle feeds. She currently takes 20 oz in 4 bottles per day. I'd love to drop the mid-morning bottle. At the moment, she's not very keen on solids so that doesn't help me drop that feed. Anyone have any advice please? Thanks in advance.

when going from 4 to 3 ffs, we just put 7oz in the breakfast and bedtime bottles and 5oz mid-afternoon - ds has this one from a beaker with a snack suchas fruit or a fromage frais.

kipper22, you give 7 oz when your baby wakes up? what and when did you then do breakfast? I currently give about 6 oz when DB wakes up and then about 30 minutes later she has breakfast, be it cereal with fruit, toast with cream cheese, etc. If I tried to give her 7 oz, not sure she'd then eat breakfast. I'm going to attempt to replace mid-morning feed today with some milk and weetabix and see how that goes. Thanks for your reply!

DS has been really good about weaning off the milk - far keener on the solid breakfast so he has his weetabix (or similar) when he gets up, then a nap and milk at about 10ish. Good luck!
