Have just gone back to work, having breastfed for last 9 months. I work different rota so am not always there to fed. My problem is I can not get my baby to use a bottle or a cup. She refuses my milk, formula, juice or water!!! I am really worried esp in this heat, any ideas?

Have you tried someone else giving the drinks without you there - may have more success that way? Also give more water based foods - watermelon, apples etc will help to keep her hydrated if she is only having limited liquids. Doidy cups are fantastic if you haven't already tried them?

Baby won't starve himself in your absence so don't worry. My lO won't take milk from a cup or bottle in my absence but will drink water. However when I am around he won't drink water!!!
He does eat well though.
I reckon he takes what he needs from me when I am there.
In work a 4 day week and we are apart 8am-7pm. This is the way it has been since he was 10mo. At 14mo he seems on track re weight & developmentally and has not suffered dehydration this month.
Good luck. Babies are amazing.

Watered down yoghurt (with milk) fed via a spoon - messy but you can up their dairy and liquid intake.
Pureed watermelon or pear and strawberry frozen or made nice and cold again, via a spoon
Otherwise, just keep persisting, she'll get there eventually. If your daughter is in a home environment then an impromptu bath is always good for rehydration even if it's just sucked through a sponge.
