Is it mastitis?

An area on my upper right breast is super sore but there's no lump or bump to suggest a clogged duct. I don't think I have a fever either. It's just very painful and, in the absence of an obvious blockage, I can't really massage it out.
I'm 2 months into breastfeeding second child and have been on and off engorged throughout.

When I had mastitis I became engorged first then feverish both breast were hot to touch and I felt quite unwell bit like having tonsilitis.
