Breast pain

I'm currently bf my 4mo and I'm getting a pain in my right breast. It's around the side (not under arm but facing other breast) if that makes sense, and underneath. Nipples hurt a bit when lo latches on but only for a few seconds. Any ideas?

Does the pain stay after the feed? My only thought could be thrush though I'm sure someone far more qualified than me can give you some advice.

It does stay after the feed tender to touch. I suspected thrush.
