Cooking with formula

I wasn't sure where to put this so I thought this was the best place as I've always been given good advise on breast and bottle :)
Dd has cmpi so am cooking with her special formula ie in purées at the moment. So, I was wondering if I've put formula in the food how long does it last for ( because they say formula cannot b used after two hours). It's really confusing.

Just realised probably should've put this on weaning lol whoops

My gut instinct says once it's cooked the bacteria should be killed and the risk would be the same as anything cooked with cows milk.

That's my predicament because I added it after I had cooked the carrots and puréed it in the blender. I've put it in the fridge now but I'm wondering what to do, if to give it to her tomorrow.
