Soya milk

Small question does any one know if I can drink soya milk while breastfeeding my little boy?

And if you can drink coconut milk?

I drink soy milk while breastfeeding. No problems. You can also drink coconut milk, it's fine.

But are you asking as your little boy is cows milk protein allergic? If so a certain percentage also react to soya, so I think it's usually advised to avoid soy milk products if that's the case.

Thank you for reply. No it's not because he's allergic just gives him a lot of wind if I have to much cow's milk.
