Enfamil A R Formula Questions

Is anybody using Enfamil AR formula ?

( 8 Week old Dd was on SMA Gold but has been prescribed Enfamil today.)

If so can you answer these questions please....

1. How long do you leave the boiled water to cool so it's room temperature ?

2. Do you make the bottles in advance and store in the fridge (says ok to do so on the tin), then warm it up when needed ?

3. what do you do when you're out & about, do you take a flask of room temp water & make a bottle when you're out ?

4. Can you buy the formula or is it prescription only, can you get pre-made ?

Rico, very few people use this formula. There should be a consumer advice line on the packaging, for you to call and get an answer to these questions. Sounds like the manufacturer's guidance differs from what is considered safe guidance in the UK (mixing formula is done at no more than 70 deg C, per guidance, which is a lot hotter than room temp). Check with your HV, too.
