I saw an article in the daily fail about omega 3 testing for those who want to breastfeed. www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2358435/Do-new-mums-need-99-test-quality-breast-milk-Or-just-needless-scaremongering.html

What do people think about this?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and starting to think about my choices after my son arrives. Not sure if articles like this help or hinder me!

The daily fail twists legitimate studies, I read an article the other day where the headline said if you're clever you should thank your parents, but in reality the study they quoted had found that intelligence is less genetic than previously thought!

If you're worried, pregnacare does a breast feeding supplement that includes an omega 3 supplement, but I agree if you're eating healthily you probably don't need to worry.
