Dropping a night feed - advice please

My 16w old EBF DS used to go 5-6 hrs overnight without feeding. However over the last 6 weeks or so he's gradually got into a pattern of feeding at 7.30pm (after bath, before bed at 8), 11pm (dream feed), then approx 2am, and 5am, before a breakfast feed at 7-8am. He often doesn't seem that hungry at 'breakfast'. During the day he's fed on demand, usually every 3ish hours. He had a severe anterior tongue tie which was snipped when he was 10 days old and since then we've had no problems BF. His weight has consistently been on the 50-75th centiles so I think he's eating enough.

I know it's not a big deal and I know that lots of people have lots worse sleeping problems, but I'd love to be able to drop the 2am feed as I'm not convinced he needs it, and I'd love a longer block of sleep (and he used to be able to manage it too)! He's still in our room and DH has to be up for work in the morning so letting DS cry isn't really an option. Any advice or tips?

Waking up more frequently in the night for feeds is perfectly normal at this stage and they usually go back to sleeping longer later.
